Intelligence Qube is the central platform for your data intelligence. If you want to exploit its full potential, add Media Desk for end-to-end media planning — from briefing to booking to reporting — as well as Finance Desk for the digital invoice and controlling process. Intelligence Qube is the central data aggregation and BI platform of the DC Ecosystem. Intelligence Qube has over 20 native connectors — including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Bing, Amazon DSP, Adform, Adform DSP, Tabmo, Zemanta, Zulu 5, Sprinklr, Audience Project, Google Analytics 4, Google Universal Analytics, as well as Media Desk and Finance Desk from the Digital Control ecosystem. The list of native connectors is growing monthly. Where vendors do not provide an API, Intelligence Qube imports via email attachments, file upload (CSV / Excel), or FTP / SFTP — giving you a practical solution for every data source.
Custom dimensions and metrics are your own fields that you define in Intelligence Qube in addition to the natively imported data. Examples: a merged “Campaign Cluster” across multiple platforms, a custom ROI value based on your KPI logic, or a lookup that maps inconsistent sender names to a unified spelling. Custom fields are created via the formula editor — without programming skills. A created dimension or metric is immediately available in all reports, dashboards, and BI connections.
Intelligence Qube has a native data connector to Google Data Studio. In Data Studio, you add a data source, search for Intelligence Qube in the connectors overview, and authorize the connection. Data is then passed live from Intelligence Qube to Data Studio. For Power BI as well as any other BI systems, the “Data Shares” feature is available — you select dimensions and metrics, assign a name, and access the data via the generated interface in JSON, CSV, or Excel. Tenant separation and permission concepts remain fully intact.
In the ‘Explore Data’ section, you select data sources, dimensions, metrics, and periods, and save the evaluation as a recurring report. You define the dispatch frequency, recipients, and format (e.g., Excel, CSV). Dynamic periods are also possible — such as “start of the year until yesterday” — so that every dispatch automatically reflects the current status. Reports can be sent as white-label evaluations in your own or client CI.
Intelligence Qube is natively integrated into the Digital Control ecosystem. Intelligence Qube is natively multi-tenant capable. In the ‘Tenants’ section, you manage all tenants within your subscription — separate data sources, custom dimensions and metrics, custom reports, and custom branding per tenant. Via the permission and role concept, you control per tenant and per user which data is visible and which actions are allowed. ‘Shared Data Sources’ make it possible to selectively share individual data sources between tenants — for instance, for corporate consolidations or agency reportings across multiple client areas.
Digital Control is ISO 27001 certified — the international standard for information security. Intelligence Qube is operated in German data centers and is GDPR-compliant. Access credentials to data sources are stored in such a way that they cannot be viewed or reconstructed. Tenant isolation is technically enforced by the role and permission concept. All platform data permanently resides in your own data tank — no cross-tenant access, no vendor lock-in.
The rollout follows a structured three-step scheme: Analysis, Setup, and Rollout. Activating a first tenant, connecting data sources, and starting the import takes about 1–2 hours. A fully configured setup — custom KPIs, white-label reports, BI connection — is typically ready to use within a few days.
